Techdiz services, repairs, overhauls and customizes piling- and drilling rigs, hydraulic impact hammers, vibratory hammers, rotary heads, vibroflots, power packs, grouting equipment and crawer cranes. Service and repair works can be done in our modern workshop or on your yard or project location. Besides these works Techdiz also commissions new foundation equipment that has been supplied in the market by our sister company Foundiz.
Service
Techdiz carries out service and repairs on all types of foundation equipment such as piling- and drilling rigs, crawler cranes, specialized foundation machines, impact hammers, vibratory hammers, vibroflots, power packs, grouting equipment and much more. We execute our service- and repair works on your location or in our workshop. Besides service we carry out all kinds of repairs. We do this quick and good so you can proceed with your machine as soon as possible.
Overhaul
After years of use of foundation equipment and auxilirary equipment the time is there to decide to buy a replacing unit or to proceed with a thorough overhaul. Besides that new times, laws and regulations can demand other solutions for existing machines. For example the replacement of older engines by new cleaner engines with low exhaust emissions. But also a serious inspection and replacement of other items and parts is possible. Techdiz provides you a reliable advise and after a serious overhaul your foundation machine is ready for the future.
Customization
Techdiz is specialized in the customization of foundation equipment and auxiliary equipment. Some foundation techniques require very specific modifications or options. By customizing your foundation equipment we adapt your existing foundation equipment to your demands. Besides custom specific modifications it is possible that certain equipment upgrades or modifications are necessary because of new foundation techniques, codes and standards or local regulations. Techdiz supports you and carries out modifcations to foundation equipment.
