Techdiz is specialized in providing service for foundation equipment. We carry out regular service works like service checks, changing oils and liquids, changing oil- and hydraulic filters. Techdiz also inspects and replaces wear parts if necessary. Techdiz carries out service works on your location or in our modern workshop where we have al required testing equipment and tools.
Techdiz is familiar with al kinds of foundation equipment. We have high knowledge about electric- and hydraulic systems, different types of engines and special moving parts which are quite common on foundation equipment. Techdiz only uses high quality parts and materials.
Repairs
Foundation equipment require large investments and it is important to avoid down time. In case equipment defects occur Techdiz is available on short notice to carry out the necessary repairs. With our complete equipped service vans we visit your locations within driving distance or when required we travel by plane. If circumstances require Techdiz repairs your equipment in our own workshop. In cases of structural steel damage like cracked or bended steel works we are able to repair or even built new structural steel parts. Our steel workers and welding specialists will make sure your machine is ready to go back at work as soon as possible.
Commissioning
Techdiz commissions new equipment that has been sold by our sister company Foundiz. We train your crew to operate the new equipment, learn them about starting up the machines, and the performance of daily inspections and services. Techdiz advises how to proceed in case of failures or damages. Techdiz explains your crew the importance of solid inspections and maintenance which contributes to a longer life-time of the equipment.
